TOGA Property is committed to eco housing. Current and future projects using the best technology available for reducing the heating and general utility costs, maximising insulation and the installation of the most economical heating systems. Solar panels, where planning permits have been installed in all our properties.
Partnerships
Over the years we have formed a number of partnerships particularly with the Building Trades and Architects and through these we can now refurbish properties to our own specification. Recent projects have included the complete refurbishment of 3 bed semi detached house. The ground floor made open plan and the loft space converted as the master bedroom with en-suite. Importantly under floor heating has been installed with the latest in eco boilers saving a third on the cost of heating the home compared with the previous system.
Our partners have considerable experience of refurbishment, updating a home to the current contemporary interior design and at the same time vastly improving the eco rating of a home.
